BCA + CTET + STET is a three year undergraduate course that is aimed at giving a student a solid base in computer applications but at the same time preparing the student towards teaching careers. The program incorporates the Bachelor of Computer Applications course alongside the CTET and STET Teacher Eligibility Test preparations at no cost giving the students an opportunity to effectively prepare to take competitive teaching examinations in addition to the degree. The students are taught programming, database management, web development, and software applications besides being advised on pedagogy, educational psychology, teaching methods, and exam techniques. Practical lessons, workshops and simulation tests are incorporated to make the students have some form of practical training in the IT skills and the exam preparation.
